Prior to co-founding the firm in 1988, Jerry gained more than 10 years of experience in public accounting and served a two year stint as chief financial officer for an insurance company. He served as Managing Partner for over 30 years and provided a broad range of professional services to a diverse array of businesses and individual clients. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Internal Auditors. Jerry’s civic involvement is concentrated on the Rotary Club of Green Hills, the March of Dimes, the Share Your Life Foundation, and the Nashville Rescue Mission. He is also active in his local church.
